Job Details

We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Immigration Specialist to join our team at HAN IT Staffing. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for guiding employees and management through the complexities of immigration processes, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations while providing exceptional service and support.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the entire immigration process for employees.
  • Prepare and review immigration documents and petitions.
  • Liaise with legal advisors and government agencies on immigration matters.
  • Ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations.
  • Provide support and guidance to employees on immigration-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of employees' visa statuses and work authorizations.
  • Stay updated on changes in immigration laws and policies.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely processing of immigration cases.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in HR administration, preferably with a focus on immigration.
  • In-depth knowledge of immigration laws and regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
