Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and deploy Workday security roles, domains, and business process security policies to support a complex, multi-entity organizational structure.
- Develop and maintain role-based and entity-based security models that comply with union regulations, privacy policies, and internal controls.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Workday security-related issues in a timely manner during go-live and hyper-care periods.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of security configurations and user access to ensure ongoing compliance and appropriate data access.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Workday experience, with at least 3 years focused specifically on Workday Security.
- Expertise in designing complex security models including domain, role-based, and business process security policies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
