Pay Range: $23-$25/hr
Shift Availability:

• SUN WED 3PM 1:30AM


• WED SAT 3PM 1:30AM


• MON, TUE, THU, FRI 3PM 1:30AM

Flexible and committed to listed shift schedules. Fully available for late-shift operations as required by the role.

Summary of Qualifications:

• Strong execution of data and processes is required.


• The successful candidate must possess the ability to operate from a company-wide perspective and encourage cross-functional and cross-business project development.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently handle material for both production and development efforts.


• Use proprietary software and SAP ERP systems to virtually transact material.


• Document system issues, process flaws and inefficiencies. Communicating with quality control, purchasing and other related departments to resolve problems.


• Efficiently move material between sites, both physically and virtually.


• Identify training needs for the team and assist in the training of new-hires and junior peers.


• Meet safety, productivity and quality standards by following best practices.


• Resolve individual work blockers and knowing when to escalate if you are unable to resolve yourself.


• Learn new processes.


• Operate equipment including: forklifts, pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, and hand carts.


• Contribute to the improvement of SOPs including safety procedures.

A Day in the Life:

• The team is looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals who want to join our team.


• You will be responsible for processing materials in order to support our customer, the satellite production team.


• You will also interact with peer teams such as procurement, planning, quality, and EHS to ensure our processes result in positive outcomes for these teams.


• You are a problem solver and are comfortable performing a variety of procedures and troubleshooting standard tasks.


• You are detail oriented and know how to spot small discrepancies in all forms of data both physical and virtual.


• You are comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying workloads and in various paths.


• In this role you are the bedrock of our operation and over time may learn to operate many different functions within our warehouse.


• You will start with one of the following paths and grow over time; Receive, Put-Away, Pick or Kit.

Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate will have 1 year of relevant experience either as an Associate Planner or Associate Buyer.


• They must be highly organized, self-starting, and comfortable with business software, such as Excel.


• The successful candidate must be flexible, possess good written and oral communication skills, be team-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines while working on several projects simultaneously.

Required Skills:

• They must be comfortable with business software, such as Excel.
  Manager is looking for someone who has experience with SAP but it is preferred.


• Preferred experience in any ERP software


• Years of Experience: 1+ years experience
  Degree or Certification: Any degree
