RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Utah County seeking a seasoned Product Manager to drive growth through innovative partnerships. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments and is passionate about delivering value through strategic execution and technical excellence.
REQUIREMENTS:
* 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager
* Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous, and collaborative environments
* Strong coordination and communication skills with business partners
* Proficiency in Smartsheets, Jira, or similar tools
* Exceptional documentation skills: ability to draft, scrutinize, and present to engineering teams
* Solid technical understanding, especially of backend integrations and external partner APIs (e.g., Indirect APIs)
Execution & Strategy Balance:
* 20% Strategic: Define vision, roadmap, and partner alignment
* 80% Execution: Drive delivery, manage backlogs, and ensure timely outcomes
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
