Job Overview:
The Enterprise Computing (EC) team is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Scrum Master/Kanban Manager with infrastructure experience to join the Service Delivery Management team in Alpharetta, GA. EC provides firm-wide services and platforms, including network infrastructure, core computing, storage, and application infrastructure. This role requires a collaborative approach, the ability to identify challenges as opportunities, and the energy and excitement to coach, drive, and facilitate infrastructure initiatives using Agile best practices. The successful candidate will contribute to delivering best-in-class technology to support the organization's products.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage 4-5 Scrum/Kanban teams spanning one or more functional departments.
  • Provide team leadership by motivating team members to meet sprint/project goals, responsibilities, and milestones.
  • Drive agile maturity of the team in alignment with the company's agile adoption strategy.
  • Proactively manage and remove impediments and risks to ensure teams focus on delivering incremental business value.
  • Establish team's baseline velocity, sprint/iteration cadence, and release plans.
  • Identify and actively manage risks according to impact and probability, escalating when necessary.
  • Manage multiple related tasks to ensure alignment with overall program/project strategic objectives.
  • Develop and report on project success criteria, metrics, test, and deployment management activities.
  • Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment, demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence.
  • Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships to expand and mature organizational capabilities.
  • Manage day-to-day activities and resources, facilitating team meetings.
  • Lead ongoing execution/delivery efforts for infrastructure initiatives.
  • Actively assess and mitigate risks and issues.
  • Develop and maintain all project documentation required for successful delivery and records retention in accordance with organizational policies.

Qualifications:
  • Agile/Scrum experience managing infrastructure teams.
  • Broad-based Agile/Scrum Master/Kanban expertise.
  • Proven influencing, coaching, and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Applied project leadership experience.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to structure and organize complex data and execution efforts.
  • Focus on providing excellent service across stakeholder groups.
  • Orientation towards servant-leadership and change management.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred.
  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.
  • Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) desired.
  • Infrastructure experience required.
  • Bachelor of Science (B.S.) Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent experience.
