Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Consultant with expertise across multiple Oracle modules, including Oracle Financials (AP/AR/GL), SCM (PO/INV/OM), HCM, Procurement, and Projects. The ideal candidate will work onsite in Dallas, TX and support implementation, upgrades, enhancements, and production support activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Work on end-to-end Oracle multi-module implementation and support.

  • Conduct requirement gathering, analysis, and solution design across modules such as Financials, SCM, HCM, Procurement, and Projects.

  • Configure and customize Oracle modules based on business requirements and best practices.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for testing, UAT, integration, and deployment.

  • Troubleshoot functional and technical issues across multiple Oracle modules and provide timely resolutions.

  • Prepare documentation, functional specs, test scripts, and user training materials.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of hands-on Oracle experience with multiple modules (Financials, SCM, HCM, Procurement, Projects).

  • Strong functional and technical understanding of Oracle EBS / Fusion module processes.

  • Experience with Oracle upgrades, R12, or cloud migration (Fusion/Cloud) is a strong plus.

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and client-facing skills.
