RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Reston, VA that is seeking a Business Analyst - Risk Management.

Responsibilities:
* Requirements Elicitation and Documentation: Analyze, and document technical requirements based on the business requirements/usecase provided
* Tool functionality: A quick learner with an appetite to learn the overall functionality of our inhouse workflow tool to help document technical requirements
* Working with the Development Team: To ensure the development team understands the requirements and can build solutions that meet the business needs
* Collaborate with the Product Manager and delegate: Support the Business Product Manager and delegate in acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team to ensure alignment and clarity
* Impediment Removal: Identify and remove roadblocks that hinder the team's progress
* Business Acumen: Understand business needs, goals, and the overall context of the project
* Process Analysis: Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement
* Team Facilitation: Foster a collaborative and self-organized team environment

REQUIREMENTS:
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Knowledge of business analysis techniques and tools
* Familiarity with technology enablement of Model Management Life Cycle or Software Development Life Cycle (a plus)
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum framework
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
