Location: NJ-Mount Laurel Township, Hybrid 3-4 days onsite
Overview: Every Turnberry consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services Turnberry offers to clients. As a Network Engineer, you will join Turnberry's Digital Modernization practice, where technology and strategy combine to deliver exceptional digital experiences, empowering organizations to thrive in today's digital market.
Responsibilities:
Hands-on IP router/switch/telephony customer premises equipment
Design, configure, and deploy LAN and WAN network connections, hardware, software, and communication links and services
Optimize the network and systems services and troubleshoot any network performance issues
Responsible for the service provision and monitoring of the network infrastructure to company standards
Qualifications:
Specific knowledge and 5 to 8 years of experience with Cisco and Juniper routers
Strong knowledge of internetworking designs and their applications and routing
Solid knowledge of Layer 2 and Layer 3 internetworking technologies
5 to 8 years of experience with protocols
Firewall experience with firewalls such as (Cisco ASA, Juniper SRX, Checkpoint NG etc.)
Extensive experience with Cisco switches and routers
Certifications such as (CCNA, CCNP, CCIE)
Hard-working learner and advocate of our groundbreaking technology
High level of accountability - taking ownership of problems and seeing them through to resolution
Natural inclination to work collaboratively, to be transparent, and to seek and give feedback continuously
Aptitude for technology and enjoy complex problem-solving while being adaptable and responsive
Clear communicator with a strong bias for action and excellent documentation skills
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment, even when the direction isn't always clear
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficient in Cisco, Juniper, Nokia CLI & configuration
Hands on experience on MPLS, OSPF, BGP protocols
Solid knowledge of ERO (Extensive Route Object)
Solid grasp of IPv4, IPv6 & networking protocols
Very organized individual with the ability to handle multiple projects, lead and/or participate on multiple project teams
Additional experience in server-based technology, such as Microsoft and Unix
BS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other technology related field
Certification - CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA
The salary range for this role is $85,000 to $125,000 or the hourly equivalent.
