Additional Skills & Qualifications
Required:

7+ years of experience with Salesforce platform, including at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Proven expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security model, and integration patterns.
Experience managing third-party vendors and Salesforce implementation partners.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred:
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant, or Architect certifications).
Experience in the energy or utilities sector.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Salesforce IT Manager to lead the design, development, and optimization of our Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. This role is critical in driving digital transformation initiatives across the enterprise, ensuring alignment with business goals, and managing vendor relationships to deliver scalable and secure Salesforce solutions.
Salesforce Platform Leadership
Oversee the architecture, configuration, and customization of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Lead the design and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives.
Ensure platform governance, security, and compliance with industry standards and internal policies.
Team & Vendor Management
Manage internal Salesforce administrators, developers, and business analysts.
Oversee third-party vendors and consultants, ensuring quality delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with strategic goals.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between IT, Sales, Customer Service, and other business units.
Technical Strategy & Execution
Define and maintain the Salesforce roadmap in collaboration with business stakeholders.
Provide technical leadership in data integration, API management, and platform scalability.
Drive continuous improvement through automation, performance tuning, and adoption of Salesforce best practices.
Project & Change Management
Lead Salesforce-related projects from inception to completion, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and support.
Manage change control processes and ensure effective communication and training for end-users.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $135000.00 - $155000.00/yr.
