Job Title: MarTech Analytics Developer

Location: Onsite in Torrance, CA

Pay Range: $59.00 $66.00 per hour, based on experience and internal equity

Schedule: Full-time, contract; long-term multi-year opportunity

Work Type: Onsite 4 days in office

POSITION IS LOCATED IN TORRANCE, CA
Daily Tasks Performed:

  • Work closely with the development team to oversee the implementation, configuration and debugging of web analytics code, both on the website and Tag Management System (TMS)
  • Includes deployment activities in Non-Prod & Prod environments
  • Develop front-end UI/UX for privacy banners with opt-in & opt-out models and personalization scenarios using JavaScript
  • Perform code reviews and provide feedback to ensure high-quality code
  • Troubleshoot and resolve privacy-related issues
  • Formulate development efforts for customer journey analysis to deliver findings, making recommendation that drive leads, customer engagement and qualified shopping visits
  • Deploy A/B tests and personalized experiences to improve user experience and key conversion goals using Salesforce Personalization
  • Contribute to support prompts and participate in prompt engineering/ benchmarking experiments and to use Gen AI to manage healthy propensity score for campaigns

What will this person be working on:

  • A Martech Analytics Developer for the Cookie Tool Management project and CPPA project

Required Skills:

  • 8+ years Experience in Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch Tag Management System (TMS), OneTrust Cookie tool, JavaScript, jQuery is a MUST
  • Especially with Asynchronous Programming and DOM manipulation
  • 7+ years Experience in working on E-commerce websites using Sitecore 10.0 and Salesforce Lighting Web Components technology platforms
  • Experience in end-to-end Adobe Analytics implementation supporting projects and production support using Web SDK
  • Experience with privacy-enhancing technologies (PETs) and encryption methods
  • Stay up to date with the latest privacy regulations and ensure compliance
  • Familiarity with privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA and CPRA
  • Experience in auditing and debugging Adobe Analytics and third-party tags. Worked in deploying third-party tags, including maintaining a log of active pixels vs expired tracking pixels
  • Experience in integrating with Adobe Analytics APIs, real-time events, Runtime functions, and plugin IDs
  • Observe Point tools, MS Office 365, SharePoint, JIRA & Confluence
  • Experience in the development of documentation, deliverables and solutions requirements for web analytics tracking and organizing cookie inventory
  • Experience in developing Campaign Templates, Site-wide JavaScript and Content Zones using Salesforce Personalization

Desired Skills:

  • Have implementation experience with Salesforce Personalization (previously Evergage) and other TMS solution is a PLUS
  • Having knowledge of OneTrust or Trained individual is a plus
  • 3+ years of big 4 consulting experience is preferred
  • A stable work history with large enterprise organizations

The hiring range for this position is $58.00 to $65.00 per hour, which factors in various geographic regions. The base pay rate actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
