Job Details

As an Oracle Cloud Support Administrator, will be responsible for managing, configuring, supporting, and troubleshooting Oracle Cloud solutions across various services, such as Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Identity Cloud Service (IDCS), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and other Oracle Cloud applications. This role involves ensuring the optimal performance, security, and availability of cloud systems, providing user support, handling escalations, and ensuring compliance with corporate policies and industry standards

Focus on maintaining and troubleshooting Oracle Cloud environments
Administer Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), including compute, storage, networking, and databases
Ensure cloud environments are correctly configured and meet security, compliance, and performance standards
Technical Support & Troubleshooting
Provide support for Oracle Cloud Business users and internal teams by identifying, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues
Work with Oracle support teams to resolve critical incidents
Implement and maintain Oracle Cloud applications
Configure and customize Oracle Cloud services to meet business requirements
Monitor cloud systems for performance and uptime
Recommend improvements for cost optimization, resource allocation, and performance tuning.
Manage user access, roles, and security configurations in Oracle Pass and SaaS
Create and maintain operational documentation, including troubleshooting guides, knowledge base articles, and configuration details
Work closely with developers, engineers, and business users to ensure the cloud services align with business needs
