Required:
Technical skills Insurance Domain knowledge, Policy Processing Applications
Strong analytical skills. Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and profiling skills.
Experience in creating Business Requirement Documents, Functional Requirement Documents, and Mapping documents for ETL applications.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work with various stakeholders
Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into detailed specifications for software developers
Conduct meetings/workshops to elicit, understand, and document business requirements using domain expertise
Analyze data, perform in depth analysis of existing data and guide team members on implementation of new requirements
Requires someone with insurance industry and data understanding.
Knowledge of financial aspects like premium calculation and insurance transactions is needed.
Understanding of policy definition and claims handling is important.
Ability to interpret insurance requirements and translate them into data requirements.
The BA will create source-to-target mappings. The BA will capture business transformation logic into technical transformation logic.
They need to know how policies and claims are processed.
They need to translate business and functional requirements into mapping documents for the technical team to use in DBT and Informatica.
