Job Details
Our client is seeking a skilled SAP Group Reporting Consultant to join our team for a long-term consulting engagement.
- The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in SAP, with specific expertise in SAP Group Reporting.
- The role requires in-depth knowledge of configurations and hands-on experience with financial consolidations and reporting.
Day to Day:
- Lead and support the implementation and configuration of SAP Group Reporting solutions.
- Collaborate with finance and IT teams to define business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Perform system configurations and customizations to ensure the Group Reporting system meets business needs.
- Provide subject matter expertise in financial consolidation processes, including intercompany eliminations and currency translations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the SAP Group Reporting module.
- Assist in the development and execution of test plans, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
Must Haves:
- 8+ years of overall SAP experience with at least 3 years in SAP Group Reporting.
- Proven experience with SAP Group Reporting configurations, financial consolidations, and reporting processes.
- Strong understanding of finance processes and statutory reporting.
- Experience in leading or contributing to SAP implementations and upgrades.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Haves:
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA and integration with other SAP modules (FI/CO).
- Familiarity with data migration and transformation processes.
