Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Program Director to lead a large-scale Customer Experience (CX) Transformation Program. This strategic role will oversee the implementation and integration of Oracle Cloud Applications (ERP), Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), JD Edwards (JDE), and Oracle CPQ, with additional exposure to CRM platforms. The Program Director will be responsible for program governance, stakeholder engagement, budget and schedule management, and ensuring successful delivery of business outcomes. He shall be able to measure, and present business benefits delivered as a result of the implementation of this program. A strong understanding of system integrations across enterprise platforms and Agile project delivery methodologies is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the CX transformation program across multiple business units and geographies.
  • Drive the implementation and integration of Oracle Cloud ERP, Oracle EBS, JD Edwards, and Oracle CPQ.
  • Oversee end-to-end integration strategy, ensuring seamless data flow and process alignment across systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT and business stakeholders.
  • Establish and maintain robust program governance structures, including steering committees, risk management, and reporting frameworks.
  • Manage program budgets, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Facilitate effective stakeholder communication and alignment across executive leadership, business users, and technical teams.
  • Ensure data quality and master data governance across systems and geographies.
  • Apply Agile principles to manage iterative delivery, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and continuous improvement.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability within Agile teams.
  • Identify and mitigate risks proactively, ensuring program resilience and adaptability.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to project managers and workstream leads.
Required Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in program/project management, with at least 5 years in leading large-scale transformation programs.
  • Proven experience with Oracle Cloud Applications (ERP), Oracle EBS, and JD Edwards (JDE).
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle CPQ implementation and integration.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise system integrations, middleware, and data synchronization across platforms.
  • Solid experience in Agile Project Management, including working with Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe frameworks.
  • Working knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce) is a strong advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and drive consensus.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • PMP, PgMP, or Agile certifications (e.g., PMI-ACP, Certified ScrumMaster, SAFe Agilist) preferred.
Preferred Attributes:
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms such as Magento is a plus.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with global teams.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
