Salesforce CRM Analytics Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven CRM Analytics Engineer to support and evolve our analytics infrastructure within Salesforce CRM Analytics (formerly Tableau CRM / Einstein Analytics). This role will play a critical part in ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of our data and reporting solutions that power business decisions across marketing, sales, and customer success.

Key Responsibilities

• Connection Monitoring & Maintenance




• Monitor and troubleshoot data connections between Salesforce CRM Analytics and external systems to ensure reliable and timely data ingestion.




• Recipe Management & Optimization




• Design, build, schedule, and optimize recipes to transform raw data into analytics-ready datasets using best practices in data modeling and performance tuning.




• Dataset Design & Management




• Architect, configure, and optimize datasets to support dynamic and scalable dashboards and reports.




• Dashboard Development




• Design and implement interactive dashboards that provide stakeholders and customers with actionable insights.




• Participation in Agile Scrum




• Actively participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies, including:




• Product backlog refinement


• Daily stand-ups


• Sprint planning


• Sprint reviews and retrospectives






• Collaboration & Documentation




• Work closely with business analytics, product owners, and other technical team members to translate business requirements into technical solutions.


• Document processes, data flows, and architecture as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics (formerly Tableau CRM / Einstein Analytics)


• CRMA and Einstein Discovery Certification preferred


• Strong skills in data modeling, data transformation, and dashboard development


• Proficiency with Salesforce Data Manager, recipe builder, and SAQL
