Job Details

Job Title: Cyber Security Analyst II 
Location: Houston, TX

Overview:
The OT Cybersecurity Analyst II supports the security, resilience, and regulatory compliance of industrial operational sites, including power plants, renewable energy facilities, and BESS environments. This role focuses on assessing risk, identifying vulnerabilities, and strengthening the cybersecurity posture of OT and ICS systems across North American sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct OT/ICS cybersecurity risk assessments, audits, and control evaluations

  • Identify security gaps and support remediation efforts at operational sites

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards (NIST, NERC CIP, ISA/IEC 62443, ISO 27001/27002)

  • Deploy and support OT security tools (monitoring, asset inventory, anomaly detection)

  • Monitor and respond to security events using SIEM tools

  • Develop OT cybersecurity policies, procedures, and executive-level reports

  • Support incident response, crisis management, and disaster recovery initiatives

  • Travel to sites for hands-on assessments and stakeholder collaboration

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 2+ years of cybersecurity experience, preferably in OT/ICS environments

  • Strong knowledge of OT systems (PLCs, DCS, SCADA) and cybersecurity principles

  • Experience with IAM, PAM, SIEM, vulnerability assessments, and incident response

  • Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
