Key Responsibilities:
Coach two Scrum teams to enhance Agile maturity and maintain a sustainable development pace.
Facilitate all Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Participate in Scrum of Scrums and support Program Increment (PI) execution.
Collaborate closely with Product Owners to proactively identify and resolve challenges.
Maintain and report on Agile metrics such as burndown charts, velocity, defect trends, and completion rates.
Support Product Owners in backlog management, user story refinement, and prioritization.
Anticipate and remove impediments to ensure consistent delivery of value.
Act as a change agent, promoting Agile principles and best practices across teams and the organization.
Foster a safe and trusting team environment focused on collaboration and problem-solving.
Influence Agile behaviors across stakeholders and leadership through direct feedback and coaching.
Engage with individual team members to identify opportunities for Agile performance improvement and mindset enhancement.
Required Qualifications:
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and SAFe certification.
Proven experience as a dedicated Scrum Master applying Agile, Scrum/SAFe, and DevSecOps practices.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to process improvement.
Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and ability to remove roadblocks effectively.
Highly organized with experience in leading Agile ceremonies and tracking progress metrics.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and facilitate collaboration.
Effective coaching skills to guide teams toward self-organization and goal achievement.
Passionate about Agile with experience influencing without direct authority in matrixed organizations.
Minimum 4 years of experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain.
Experience with Agile Release Trains or as a Release Train Engineer (RTE).
