Description
We are looking for a skilled Data Reporting Analyst to join our team in Lakewood, Colorado. This long-term contract position is ideal for someone with expertise in payroll systems, data validation, and employee training. The role involves ensuring data accuracy, resolving inconsistencies, and supporting compliance initiatives within the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities:
Validate and ensure data accuracy between payroll and timekeeping systems.
Collaborate with caregivers to address discrepancies and provide guidance on using timekeeping systems effectively.
Develop and implement standardized documentation processes to enhance data integrity.
Create and deliver technical training programs for employees, particularly in compliance procedures.
Work closely with HR and IT teams to resolve documentation inconsistencies and ensure seamless system operations.
Extract, analyze, and compare data sets using Excel for validation and reporting purposes.
Utilize tools like PowerBI for data visualization and reporting, without dashboard creation responsibilities.
Apply knowledge of regulatory and compliance practices to maintain client record confidentiality.
Conduct gap analyses and provide actionable insights to improve data reporting processes.
Support business intelligence efforts by generating accurate reports and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in data validation and payroll systems within HR or healthcare settings.
Proficiency in using payroll systems such as Saige and healthcare systems like Carevion.
Strong Excel skills for data extraction, validation, and comparison tasks.
Familiarity with data visualization platforms like PowerBI for reporting purposes.
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance practices to handle sensitive client records.
Proven experience with gap analysis and business intelligence tools.
Ability to create business requirement documents and enhance reporting accuracy.
Excellent communication skills to translate technical details into clear and actionable training materials.
