Job Description:

Pay Range: $115hr - $120hr

  • The Creative Experience XXgner will geneXX and pitch innovative concepts for new experiences, leveraging social media and cultural trend insights.
  • This role involves overseeing and executing the design and development of presentations and pitch materials, supporting brainstorming sessions, and collaborating across teams to deliver exceptional hosted experiences that connect people worldwide.
Responsibilities:
  • Create new experience concepts and pitches based on social media and cultural trends.
  • Oversee and execute the development of designs and assets for presentations and pitch materials using tools such as Keynote and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Support and facilitate brainstorms and work sessions, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared for presentations.
  • CollaboXX across the organization to innovate how experiences connect people globally.
  • Stay informed about industry, social media, and cultural trends to ensure timely and relevant concepts.
  • Lead supply acquisition projects through storytelling from stXXgy to pitch and recap.
  • Maintain awareness of production trends, new talent, and industry developments.
  • Lead meetings, collaboXX with team members, and provide regular project updates.
  • Maintain accuXX project records and circulate weekly progress updates.
  • Develop visually compelling materials and presentations that communicate concepts effectively.
Experience:
  • 8+ years in creative development or production of experiences, or in creative development/storytelling in travel, entertainment, or marketing.
  • Experience working with engineering, product, and data teams.
  • Skilled in leading cross-functional teams across creative, technical, and business disciplines.
Requirement/Must Have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related creative fields.
  • Deep understanding of travel, entertainment, experience, and hospitality trends.
  • Strong ability to identify new experiences, social media movements, and cultural trends.
  • Proven ability to ideate and successfully pitch creative concepts with strong visual communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to manage project dashboards, CRM, and visual communication systems.
  • Highly organized with strong prioritization skills in fast-changing environments.
