Job Details
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Tech Lead to drive architectural and data design decisions for our Corporate Responsibility Technology team. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who is passionate about technology, skilled in Salesforce, and eager to mentor junior developers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of innovative solutions on the Salesforce CRM platform, supporting programs in volunteerism, grants, and donations.
- Guide junior developers in architectural best practices and data design, ensuring scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Automate business processes using Salesforce Lightning Web Components, APEX, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate with internal teams and business leaders to deliver strategically sound system solutions.
- Integrate new tools and technologies to enhance our digital commerce capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5 plus years of experience in front-end development with modern frameworks (e.g., ReactJS, Angular, Vue).
- Strong experience with git/version control.
- Proficient in Salesforce APEX or similar languages (Java, C#, etc.).
- Salesforce Developer or Architecture Certification is a plus.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and understanding of business processes.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and mentor junior team members.
