Summary

This is a senior-level Software Engineering role focused on developing and configuring applications within the ServiceNow platform specifically for the Telecom Industry. The developer will use their deep expertise in ServiceNow's Telecom-specific modules (OMT, TSOM, TNI, etc.) to meet complex business process and application requirements. They will also be expected to lead, provide mentorship, and contribute to key team decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and configure applications in line with design recommendations from architects/Tech Leads.
  • Apply hands-on experience in OMT, TSOM, TSM, TNI, CMDB, SOMT, Integrations Hub, and Flow Designer components.
  • Develop innovative application solutions to enhance user experience and streamline processes.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation to ensure functionality and performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
  • Customize and configure ServiceNow applications and modules.
  • Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using APIs and web services.
  • Perform system upgrades, patches, maintenance, and troubleshoot performance issues.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions.
