Job Title: Sr. DevSecOps Enterprise Architect
Location: Bay Area, CA & Texas (Hybrid)

Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior DevSecOps Enterprise Architect to lead the design and implementation of secure, scalable, and high-performance CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native infrastructure for enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in automation, ALM, and enterprise IT architecture, and has hands-on experience embedding security into the software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement enterprise-wide DevSecOps strategy aligned with business goals.
- Architect and automate CI/CD pipelines with integrated security, compliance, and governance.
- Collaborate with application, infrastructure, security, and QA teams across the SDLC.
- Evaluate, select, and integrate DevOps tools and platforms.
- Drive automation across testing, deployment, and monitoring.
- Lead application lifecycle management (ALM) initiatives across multiple environments.
- Ensure best practices around containerization, orche
stration, and infrastructure as code (IaC). - Define security policies and implement shift-left security strategies.
- Provide leadership and guidance to technical teams across multiple projects and platforms.
Required Skills:
- Proven expertise in DevSecOps, CI/CD, Cloud (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform).
- Strong experience in tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD, Terraform, Ansible, Helm, Kubernetes.
- Deep understanding of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
- Experience implementing security automation, vulnerability scanning, and policy enforcement.
- Hands-on with scripting (Python, Bash, Groovy).
- Solid experience with microservices architecture, APIs, containers (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of cloud-native security and compliance (e.g., NIST, SOC2, FedRAMP).
- Experience working with large-scale enterprise IT landscapes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in Cloud (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform) and DevOps or Security (e.g., Certified Kubernetes Administrator, CISSP).
- Experience in financial, healthcare, or government domains is a plus.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
