Job Details
Allstates consulting Services is looking for a Full time Telecom Construction Superintendent to lead telecommunications infrastructure efforts in the Atlanta, GA area. This role ensures all work is completed safely, on time, within scope, and in compliance with project specifications and industry standards. The Superintendent works closely with subcontractors, project managers, and clients to drive quality execution and resolve issues on site. Pay is $100K - 110K.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of subcontractors and crews installing telecom infrastructure, including fiber optic networks.
- Monitor progress, quality, and productivity in the field; proactively address issues to maintain project schedules.
- Conduct daily jobsite meetings and safety briefings with crews and subcontractors.
- Maintain accurate site documentation, including inspections, testing, and as-built records.
- Work with the Construction Manager or Project Manager to report progress, risks, and field challenges.
- Support resolution of design conflicts or constructability issues in coordination with engineering and project teams.
- Assist with client or owner site walks and ensure punch-list items are addressed promptly.
- Any other duties or responsibilities that may be assigned to you in your role.
Skills Required:
- 5+ years of telecom construction experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of telecom infrastructure fiber.
- Proven ability to manage crews and subcontractors effectively.
- Solid understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and permitting requirements.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with a focus on safety and quality.
