SAP Solution Manager

Position Overview:

The SAP Solution Manager Developer with Proficiency in ABAP programming will play a critical role in the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of our SAP Solution Manager landscape. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that our SAP Solution Manager system is optimized to support our business processes and IT operations.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement custom functionalities and enhancements within SAP Solution Manager to
• meet specific business requirements.
• Configure and maintain SAP Solution Manager modules such as ChaRM (Change Request Management), ITSM (IT
• Service Management), Test Suite, and Business Process Monitoring.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for SAP Solution Manager configurations, customizations and integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP Solution Manager implementations and integrations.
• Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Conduct regular system health checks and performance tuning to ensure optimal system performance and stability.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP Solution Manager releases and functionalities.
• Provide end-user training and support for SAP Solution Manager users.
• Collaborate with other SAP developers and Basis administrators to ensure seamless integration and operation of SAP Solution Manager with other SAP systems.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (5+ years) as an SAP Solution Manager developer or consultant.
• Strong understanding of SAP Solution Manager architecture, modules, and functionalities.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Solution Manager configuration, customization, and integration.
• Proficiency in ABAP programming.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Experience with SAP Solution Manager 7.2 or higher is preferred.
