Job Details

Must-Have Skills:
Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code platforms (Airtable preferred, but PowerApps, Smartsheet, Monday.com, quickbase etc. are acceptable).
Strong technical writing skills (for documentation, SOPs, training material).
Experience with to an extend is required. Not all but minimum 2.
Excel (advanced, including macro/micro analysis)
Power BI (dashboarding and data analysis)
PowerPoint (for internal training/support)
Adobe (used internally by team)
Strong communication skills must be comfortable engaging stakeholders, translating ambiguous requests into clear technical tasks.
Ability to learn quickly and apply new tools (self-motivated learner).
Comfortable providing knowledge transfer/training to other staff (formally or informally).
Responsibilities:
Build an audits and investigations workflow platform using Airtable.
Includes dashboards, reports, database logic, automation (email reminders, updates), and user interface elements.
Perform hands-on configuration and building of the system based on internal stakeholder requirements.
Conduct self-training on Airtable if unfamiliar (training resources are available online).
Work with internal teams and the IT department to deliver a functional, user-friendly solution.
Translate business needs (even if vague) into technical build requirements.
Create documentation: SOPs, technical documentation, PowerPoint presentations, and possibly e-learning modules.
Support minor training deliverables - e.g., converting PowerPoint to computer-based training.
