Entry Level Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator
We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator to support our IT and construction project teams. This is a great opportunity to learn about warehouse operations, IT asset tracking, and project logistics in a fast-paced environment. You'll gain hands-on experience with equipment handling, inventory software, and cross-team coordination.
What You'll Learn and Do:- Help track inventory and equipment across different projects-from delivery to storage to installation.
- Assist in maintaining updated inventory records for client hardware and internal project materials.
- Support the onboarding/offboarding process by preparing and retrieving IT equipment (laptops, monitors, etc.).
- Organize and label IT gear and help keep the warehouse tidy and efficient.
- Assist in preparing and shipping materials to job sites or client offices.
- Work with vendors to confirm shipment updates and track incoming orders.
- Help conduct inventory checks and reconcile records.
- Use inventory tools/software to update logs and reports.
- Collaborate with project managers, IT teams, and field techs on logistics planning.
- Interest in IT operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Some exposure to tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or inventory software is a plus.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work with cross-functional teams.
- Able to lift up to 40 50 lbs occasionally.
- Driver's license preferred (for onsite deliveries or pickups, if needed).
