Location: Remote (USA, EST/CST Preferred)
Compensation: $140,000-$160,000 / annual
Duration: Permanent
This is a hands on the keyboard role and resources must have experience moving on-prem and cloud to cloud infrastructure, applications, and data in AWS. This role requires deep expertise in AWS services, infrastructure-as-code (IaC), DevOps principles, and cloud architecture
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud computing, with at least 6+ years focused specifically on large-scale AWS infrastructure migration projects.
Proven, hands-on experience migrating diverse workloads (servers, databases, applications) from on-premises and cloud to cloud, to AWS.
Deep expertise in a wide range of AWS services, including but not limited to EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, and Lambda.
Mastery of Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
Strong scripting and automation skills
Experience with containerization technologies
In-depth knowledge of networking concepts in AWS (VPC, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, VPN).
AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer - Professional.
Any common / General experience with AWS migration tools will be sufficient for this role
