About the Role

We re looking for a strategic, hands-on leader to own the end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects that directly impact our clients success. As Delivery Manager, you ll be the quarterback guiding teams, removing roadblocks, and ensuring every engagement is delivered on time, on budget, and beyond expectations. You won t just manage projects; you ll shape how we deliver excellence.

What You ll Be Doing

  • Oversee and review all project work from initiation through completion.
  • Ensure seamless handoffs from sales to delivery, keeping timelines and budgets on track.
  • Maintain service levels and SLAs that clients rave about.
  • Track dependencies, manage risks, and keep critical paths clear.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration.
  • Act as the escalation point for delivery challenges and lead the resolution.
  • Partner with stakeholders to get real-time feedback and turn it into action.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years in IT operations/infrastructure with 6+ years leading teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills verbal, written, and presentation.
  • A proven track record of delivering projects with measurable results.
  • Strong passion for operational excellence and client success.
  • Ability to think strategically, act decisively, and inspire teams.
  • Experience with SLA management, resource planning, and risk mitigation.
