About the Job
As a Senior Data Quality Analyst focused on Salesforce CRM, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of customer and prospect data across our Salesforce ecosystem and related sales enablement tools. Your work will directly support sales execution, reporting, and strategic decision-making by maintaining Salesforce as a trusted source of truth.
You will collaborate with Sales Enablement, Technology, Compliance, and Frontline Leaders to define data standards, lead cleansing initiatives, and monitor data quality metrics. This role requires deep expertise in Salesforce data structures, financial services customer hierarchies, and a strong commitment to data integrity.

About the Job
As a Senior Data Quality Analyst focused on Salesforce CRM, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of customer and prospect data across our Salesforce ecosystem and related sales enablement tools. Your work will directly support sales execution, reporting, and strategic decision-making by maintaining Salesforce as a trusted source of truth.
You will collaborate with Sales Enablement, Technology, Compliance, and Frontline Leaders to define data standards, lead cleansing initiatives, and monitor data quality metrics. This role requires deep expertise in Salesforce data structures, financial services customer hierarchies, and a strong commitment to data integrity.
Responsibilities
Salesforce Data Quality Management
- Monitor and maintain data cleanliness across Salesforce objects including accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, referrals, and activity history.
- Identify and resolve data issues such as duplicates, missing or incorrect fields, and inconsistent naming conventions.
- Implement deduplication rules, matching logic, and validation standards to improve record integrity.
- Define and update business rules for data entry, enrichment, and usage in collaboration with Salesforce Admins and Sales Operations.
Governance & Standardization
- Develop and maintain CRM data governance policies aligned with enterprise and compliance standards.
- Ensure new data from uploads, integrations, or manual entry meets quality standards.
- Collaborate with system owners (e.g., RelPro, Sales Navigator, PrecisionLender, Marketing Cloud) to maintain data consistency across platforms.
- Maintain a centralized data dictionary and documentation of field definitions and ownership.
Frontline Support & Adoption
- Partner with sales leaders and frontline teams to promote accurate CRM usage.
- Provide coaching and training on CRM best practices, including activity logging, lead conversion, and referral tracking.
- Act as a liaison between field teams and technical support to resolve data quality issues.
Reporting, Auditing & Continuous Improvement
- Conduct regular audits and generate reports on data quality trends, compliance, and areas for improvement.
- Recommend enhancements to workflows and data processes to improve integrity and usability.
- Track key metrics such as duplicate rates, data completeness, and resolution times.
- Lead or contribute to cross-functional initiatives focused on CRM data improvement.
- 5+ years of experience in data quality management, CRM operations, or Salesforce administration, preferably in financial services.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce data models (Sales Cloud or Financial Services Cloud), including account/contact hierarchies and custom objects.
- Experience with deduplication tools (e.g., DemandTools, Duplicate Check, Cloudingo) and enrichment platforms (e.g., RelPro, Moody's).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis.
- Proficiency in reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Proven ability to collaborate across sales, IT, and analytics teams to drive adoption and process adherence.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
