Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and qualify nurses and allied healthcare professionals for travel, contract, and permanent roles.
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles: job intake, sourcing, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
Use job boards (Dice, Indeed, Monster), social media, and internal databases for proactive talent sourcing.
Build and maintain strong candidate relationships to ensure smooth placement and high retention.
Coordinate with account managers, compliance teams, and clients for timely submissions and hiring updates.
Maintain accurate records in ATS and ensure adherence to company and client compliance standards.
Meet weekly recruitment targets (submissions, interviews, and placements).
Required Skills & Experience:
4–5 years of experience as a Healthcare Recruiter or US Staffing Recruiter (travel nursing experience must).
Strong understanding of healthcare job types (RN, LPN, CNA, Allied specialties).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Experience using ATS systems and sourcing platforms.
