Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and qualify nurses and allied healthcare professionals for travel, contract, and permanent roles.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles: job intake, sourcing, interviews, offers, and onboarding.

  • Use job boards (Dice, Indeed, Monster), social media, and internal databases for proactive talent sourcing.

  • Build and maintain strong candidate relationships to ensure smooth placement and high retention.

  • Coordinate with account managers, compliance teams, and clients for timely submissions and hiring updates.

  • Maintain accurate records in ATS and ensure adherence to company and client compliance standards.

  • Meet weekly recruitment targets (submissions, interviews, and placements).

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 4–5 years of experience as a Healthcare Recruiter or US Staffing Recruiter (travel nursing experience must).

  • Strong understanding of healthcare job types (RN, LPN, CNA, Allied specialties).

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Experience using ATS systems and sourcing platforms.
