Position Responsibilities Summary: - Software Development: Design, develop, and optimize software solutions that enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and digital transformation.
- System Architecture: Build scalable and secure cloud-based solutions for seamless remote support and system integrations.
- Technical Leadership: Lead code reviews, and establish best practices for high-availability restaurant and retail support applications.
- Collaboration: Work with product owner(s), IT support, and business teams to align software solutions with industry needs.
- Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Diagnose and resolve software issues with customer facing products. General Responsibilities: Create and improve tools for diagnosing and resolving software or hardware issues remotely.
Collaborate with other developers to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance new software solutions.
Work in close coordination with the architecture, development, data and operations team such that the platform functions within expectation.
Look for opportunities to improve our software by means of architecture and technology-based changes.
Require on-call availability on a rotating basis, with potential for call-ins on weekends and evenings.

Qualifications: Experience: Typically, 6+ years in software development.
Skills: Strong work experience focus on C# programming on .NET/.NET framework. Proficiency in other programming languages also desirable (C++, JavaScript, SQL etc.), cloud computing, containerized solutions, Unix/Linux shell scripting, databases, and modern frameworks. Good understanding of OSI model concepts in network communications.
Education: Bachelor s or masters' degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication abilities.
