Guidehouse is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Account Lead to join our consulting team supporting the GNMA/HUD. As a Technical Account Lead, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction, technical execution, and client engagement for GNMA/HUD-focused technology initiatives. You will:
- Lead large-scale IT transformation projects for the GNMA/HUD, ensuring alignment with federal mandates and agency priorities.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to GNMA/HUD stakeholders, proactively identifying and presenting solutions that address mission-critical challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver services in areas such as cloud modernization, low-code/no-code platforms, data management, operational strategy, and managed services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with GNMA/HUD leadership and internal consulting teams to identify new opportunities and expand account growth.
- Shape and deliver high-impact projects that exceed client expectations and meet rigorous quality standards.
- Manage project teams, assess engagement risks, and ensure timely delivery of technical solutions.
- Oversee engagement financials, including budgeting, billing, and forecasting.
- Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
What You Will Need:

- Bachelor's degree is required
- Minimum TEN (10) years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting complex business processes and technology solutions, preferably within the GNMA/HUD or federal government.
- Proven experience modernizing legacy systems and leading digital transformation efforts in public sector environments.
- Minimum SEVEN (7) years of experience leading teams, managing client relationships, and delivering consulting services.
- Demonstrated success in the full sales cycle of technology consulting services, including opportunity identification, proposal development, and contract execution.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
What Would Be Nice to Have:
- Masters degree
- Deep knowledge of GNMA/HUD systems, compliance frameworks, and modernization initiatives.
- Experience with enterprise IT management, mission enablement, and IT governance in federal agencies.
- Familiarity with industry-standard platforms and tools used in financial services and government IT environments.
- A collaborative, consultancy mindset with a track record of building long-term client relationships.
