Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • 10+ years of hands-on Scrum experience
  • Proven experience presenting, teaching, mentoring, and facilitating across multiple organizational levels, especially within team environments
  • Skilled in communicating and removing impediments outside of the team
  • Effective coaching skills with the ability to convey complex concepts and teach new ideas
  • Strong conflict resolution and mediation abilities for interpersonal and organizational challenges
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Mentor junior Scrum Masters and team members in Agile practices.
  • Guide teams in Agile/Lean best practices and drive continuous improvement.
  • Resolve team impediments and facilitate collaboration across teams and departments.
  • Support Product Owners: Partner with the Product Owner to lead the team. Maintains the product backlog in partnership with the Product Owner and Team ensuring clear communication of product goals and a prioritized product roadmap.
  • Promote Agile Practices: Educate teams and stakeholders on Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban and any other methodology or Agile scaling framework that the team might use. Ensure the Team is fully functional and productive, shielding them from external distractions. Ensure artifact quality.
  • Facilitate Agile Events: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, product backlog refinement, sprint reviews/demos, big room planning (or Product Increment planning) and retrospectives to gather information necessary to assess team health, productivity, and opportunities for optimization
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Provide metrics to support data-driven decision making to deliver value. Analyze the team's performance metrics, such as burndown charts and velocity, and identify improvement areas.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and agile teams in a dynamic, matrixed environment.
  • Familiarity with supply chain domain areas is a plus.
