Who We Are

We’re a fast-moving ticketing company building delightful consumer experiences that help fans discover, decide, and buy tickets to events they love. We focus on product craftsmanship, growth, and simplifying the live-events journey for fans, venues, and partners.

The Role — Why It Matters

As VP / Director of Product, you will own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for our consumer-facing marketplace. You’ll lead experiences across the full customer journey — event discovery, seat selection, checkout, purchase, and post-purchase — and partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and Commercial teams to deliver measurable business impact.

This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys being hands-on, and can balance strategic vision with execution.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for core consumer journeys including discovery/search, seat selection, checkout, purchase, transfer, and resale.
  • Translate business goals into prioritized initiatives, clear outcomes, and success metrics (conversion, retention, LTV).
  • Lead end-to-end product delivery: discovery, requirements, prioritization, design collaboration, engineering execution, and go-to-market.
  • Partner closely with UX, Engineering, and Data to build intuitive, high-performing web and mobile experiences.
  • Run experiments and A/B tests, using quantitative and qualitative insights to iterate quickly.
  • Own and manage the product backlog, making data-informed tradeoffs to maximize business impact.
  • Collaborate with venue, client, and partner teams (primary and secondary marketplaces) to ensure balanced B2B2C outcomes.
  • Influence and align senior stakeholders; clearly communicate roadmaps, progress, and tradeoffs.
  • Provide product leadership and mentorship; may manage 1–2 direct reports.
  • Remain hands-on when needed, contributing as an individual product leader and diving into details.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 5–8+ years of product management experience delivering consumer-facing web and/or mobile products.
  • Strong background in marketplace, checkout, ecommerce, or growth-focused products.
  • Experience with ticketing platforms (e.g., Ticketmaster, SeatGeek, StubHub, Vivid Seats, TickPick) or large-scale ecommerce/consumer tech companies (e.g., Amazon, Google, Meta/Facebook).
  • Demonstrated ownership of product roadmaps from strategy through execution.
  • Strong UX and usability mindset; proven experience partnering with design teams.
  • High data proficiency — defining metrics, using analytics tools, and driving experimentation.
  • Experience working in agile environments and leading digital transformation initiatives.
  • Excellent cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Nice-to-Have (Bonus)

  • Startup or early-stage experience; comfort operating with ambiguity.
  • Prior experience in ticketing, live events, or marketplaces.
  • Exposure to payments, fraud prevention, refunds, transfers, or post-purchase flows.
  • Experience with B2B2C products, balancing consumer UX with partner and venue requirements.
  • Client-facing experience working with external partners or platforms.

What Success Looks Like

  • Improved conversion and engagement across discovery, checkout, and post-purchase flows.
  • A clear, well-communicated roadmap aligned to business goals.
  • Fast, high-quality execution through strong collaboration with engineering and design.
  • Measurable impact through experimentation, analytics, and continuous optimization.

What We Offer

  • Ownership of high-visibility, revenue-driving product initiatives.
  • Opportunity to shape the future of a growing consumer marketplace.
  • Competitive compensation, equity, and benefits (for direct hire).
  • Small, empowered teams with fast decision-making cycles.
