Job Details
Technical Project Manager
Client: The Flow Control Group
Location: Hybrid (Charlotte, NC)
Duration: 6-12 months
Collaborate closely with the Senior PM to drive project execution, identify risks, and resolve issues.
Manage day-to-day project operations, including planning, scheduling, documentation, and communication.
Own and track specific workstreams or project components, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.
Facilitate meetings, status updates, and steering committee communications.
Maintain project documentation (charters, roadmaps, RAID logs, etc.) and ensure version control.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
Assist with resource planning and budgeting in partnership with the Senior PM.
Contribute to post-project reviews and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 6 years of experience in project management roles, preferably in mid-to-large manufacturing organizations.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
Proficient in tools like Monday.com, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, or Asana.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification is required.
Preferred Experience:
Experience supporting or leading ERP, CRM, or enterprise system implementations (Epicor P21, Salesforce, SAP, NetSuite, etc.).
Exposure to manufacturing, distribution, or multi-site business environments.
Ability to juggle multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities.
