Mobile App Developer Contractor/Consultant (6+ Month Contract)
We are seeking a skilled Mobile App Developer (Contractor/Consultant) for a 6+ month contract to support our team in developing, testing, and publishing a cross-platform mobile application. You'll provide hands-on development support and technical recommendations to ensure the app is scalable, maintainable, and built for long-term success.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the project team to understand app goals, architecture, and requirements
- Develop and test app features across iOS, Android, and web platforms using Flutter
- Assist in configuring developer accounts (Apple Developer, Google Play Console, etc.)
- Guide the team through the publishing process, including TestFlight and store submissions
- Support setup of hosting, monitoring, and CI/CD pipelines
- Participate in design/code reviews, offering technical feedback and best practices
- Help manage app variants using a shared codebase or template
Desired Skills and Experience
- Proven experience developing and publishing Flutter apps on iOS, Android, and web
- Proficient with
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for mobile platforms (e.g., GitHub Actions, Codemagic, Bitrise)
- Experience managing multiple apps or branded variants from a single codebase
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
