Position: Senior Process Specialist Automation Transformation

Role Summary:

Lead the evolution of the automation practice from RPA to a Hyper Automation model by redefining intake processes, upskilling BAs, and integrating AI-driven technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Intake Process Standardization
    • Map and streamline current intake workflows
    • Define scalable, standardized intake frameworks
  • Process Documentation Redesign
    • Evaluate and enhance PDDs for AI/HyperAutomation readiness
    • Establish future-state documentation standards
  • HyperAutomation Strategy
    • Define target operating models with AI, Copilots, and Agentic workflows
    • Recommend tools/platforms to support next-gen automation
  • BA Capability Transformation
    • Upskill BAs into Process Analysts with AI-first thinking
    • Introduce frameworks: value stream mapping, process mining, etc.
  • Tooling & Enablement
    • Recommend tools for process discovery
    • Embed LLMs, prompt engineering, and agent design in BA toolkits
  • People-Process-Technology Alignment
    • Drive holistic transformation across org structure and culture
    • Lead change management and cross-functional collaboration

Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong background in process transformation and automation strategy
  • Familiar with HyperAutomation, AI/ML, LLMs, and Agentic systems
  • Practical, outcome-driven approach (not necessarily Six Sigma)
  • Skilled in business architecture and enterprise process frameworks
  • Experienced in mentoring BAs into strategic Process Analysts
