RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Saint Louis, MO that is seeking a Product Manager.

Summary:
The Banking & Mortgage Product Manager owns the end-to-end learner and enterprise experience for Banking/Credit Union (BankWebinars) and Mortgage (OnCourse Learning) businesses - representing two of the company's most critical regulated verticals. This role ensures the seamless delivery of continuing education, compliance, and licensing training experiences for both retail learners and enterprise clients. The Product Manager will drive modernization of the webinar and course experiences, optimize the learner journey, and strengthen B2B partnerships through data, automation, and insight-driven features.

REQUIREMENTS:
* 6+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership within SaaS, EdTech, or RegTech platforms
* Experience leading learning or compliance products in financial services, mortgage, or banking environments
* Strong understanding of continuing education, licensing, and webinar delivery workflows
* Proficiency in Agile development and backlog management (Jira, Confluence)
* Strong analytical skills - comfortable defining and tracking key KPIs

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
