Title: SQL Server Developer
Location: Phoenix, AZ 85034 / Remote
Employment Type: 12+ Month W2 Contract (No C2C or Sponsorship Available)

Job Description:
This opportunity is with an enterprise organization in the legal services industry. The ideal candidate will have experience creating and supporting complex SQL Server objects, batch processes, and scripts. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to quickly adapt to shifting priorities, are essential. Candidates should also be comfortable with complex data analysis, tuning T-SQL queries, and resolving SQL Server errors.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience with SQL Server and/or other relational databases
  • Advanced knowledge of T-SQL development and performance tuning
  • Strong data analysis skills with large datasets
  • 5+ years leading technical solution development
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
  • Ability to understand complex business processes and propose appropriate solutions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
  • Confident in consulting with non-technical stakeholders
