Salary: $40.00 USD Hourly - $45.00 USD Hourly
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Infrastructure Analyst II
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support the compute environment
- Ensure high availability, reliability, and uptime of backend infrastructure.
- Oversee the migration from SCCM to Intune while maintaining stability across the compute environment.
- Server management, including cognition, patching, and maintaining up-to-date backend infrastructure.
- Monitor and manage SQL Server environments.
- Package and deliver applications effectively.
- Ensure secure HTTPS communication between clients and servers.
- Maintain client health and service availability across the environment.
- Backend monitoring, performance optimization, and service availability management.
- Work with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines for integration and automation.
- Support configuration environments and related backend infrastructure.
- 1-5 years of experience with Microsoft Configuration Manager and modern device management solutions.
- Strong skills in PowerShell scripting and automation.
- Experience with driver management, PKI, and operating system deployment.
- Understanding of call management gateway integrations and APIs for service delivery.
- Exposure to backend infrastructure and configuration environments.
- Familiarity with modern development tools such as Node.js and React.
- Experience with Git and version control.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
- Exposure to automation platforms and cloud integration.
- Intune experience.
- Experience in DevOps practices and tools.
