Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HCM Architect with strong Public Sector experience to design and implement robust Oracle HCM solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical and functional expertise in Oracle Applications and will work closely with clients to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that align with business requirements.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement technical solutions aligned with functional business requirements

  • Create detailed technical architectures and solution designs using Oracle HCM Applications

  • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, highly available, and performance-optimized

  • Work independently and directly with Public Sector clients as a trusted advisor

  • Lead consulting and implementation activities across multiple Oracle HCM modules

  • Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture standards and best practices

  • Collaborate with functional, technical, and integration teams

  • Provide guidance on multi-platform and multi-package solution compositions

  • Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities


Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an HCM Architect with Oracle Applications

  • Mandatory experience working on Public Sector projects

  • Strong consulting and client-facing experience

  • Ability to design solutions that span multiple platforms and software packages

  • In-depth understanding of quality, performance, availability, and security standards

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
