What You'll Do
- Build and enhance Service Cloud features (Omni-Channel, Agent Console, Flows, Data integrations).
- Partner closely with business users to design and deliver scalable solutions.
- Take full ownership from design through deployment in an agile environment.
- Help shape our next-gen Salesforce experience on Lightning.
What We're Looking For
- 10 + years Salesforce development experience (Service Cloud preferred).
- Strong in Flows, Omni-Channel, or Data Cloud (at least two).
- Agile mindset - can work independently and deliver quickly.
- Bonus: Experience with large contact centers or Salesforce certifications.
