IT Program Manager

Location: Jersey City, NJ(Hybrid)

Compensation
Pay Range:$40.61-$58.01/Hrs

Description
Lead and manage large-scale programs and projects involving multi-discipline teams.
Identify root causes of business challenges and make strategic recommendations.
Communicate the importance of program governance and controls effectively.
Provide accurate program status updates through reports and meetings.
Serve as a liaison between audit, risk, technology, and business teams.
Ensure project delivery aligns with expected outcomes, timelines, and costs.
Facilitate communication between business leaders and risk partners.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure transparent program status reporting.
Act as a bridge between various organizational teams.
Manage timelines and communicate project health and risks.
Ensure delivery meets target outcomes and costs.

Qualifications
Minimum 7 years of experience in technology program or project management in the financial services industry.
Experience as an intermediary between business and technology.
Familiarity with audit or PMO governance roles.
Experience with data analysis and reporting.
Proactive nature and ability to work independently.
Intermediate skills in data analysis tools.
Knowledge of various project management methodologies.
