Description
We are looking for a dedicated Technical Account Manager to join our team in Orem, Utah. This is a Contract-to-permanent opportunity within the Information Technology industry, offering the chance to build strong relationships with clients while providing technical expertise and strategic guidance. The ideal candidate will have a passion for problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences.
Responsibilities:
Build and nurture trusted relationships with assigned clients, serving as their primary point of contact for technical and strategic support.
Provide advanced technical assistance, troubleshoot complex issues, and guide clients in optimizing the use of company products and services.
Develop tailored account strategies to align client objectives with the company's solutions, identifying opportunities for additional services or upgrades.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure swift resolution of escalated technical challenges, maintaining client satisfaction.
Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring smooth implementation, configuration, and training on company solutions.
Monitor client systems and services proactively to identify potential issues and recommend actionable improvements.
Create and present detailed reports on account performance, service usage, and metrics to both clients and internal stakeholders.
Stay informed about industry trends and company offerings to provide relevant insights and recommendations to clients.
Support the documentation and loan origination process, ensuring accuracy and compliance where applicable.
Requirements
3+ years in a business client facing role
Proven success managing enterprise accounts or complex technical deployments.
Strong understanding of business operations, KPIs, and how technology drives value.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
Desire to learn technical terminology and processes
