InterAction Data Stewards
Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. The InterAction Data Steward plays a key role in supporting the digital marketing and business development initiatives. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate, complete, and high-quality data within the CRM platform, InterAction, thereby strengthening client relationship management, external communications, and the overall digital presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, validate, and process daily contact updates within the Data Change Management Inbox.
- Conduct research to update and maintain contact information within assigned lists.
- Verify and confirm contact details, including current employment, job title, business affiliations, and contact information (address, phone, and email), ensuring proper linkage to company records.
- Identify and resolve duplicate or outdated records, maintaining accuracy and consistency across the database.
- Execute data clean-up projects, including duplicate resolution, completion of missing data fields, correction of country information, and consolidation of duplicate addresses.
- Advanced Level: Enhance data quality for the top clients by building out subsidiary company structures and conducting in-depth research on key personnel contacts.
Qualifications:
Regular Data Stewards:
- Completion of at least one InterAction project with demonstrated accuracy, productivity, and strong research skills.
Advanced Data Stewards:
- Minimum of one year of InterAction project experience requiring advanced research, understanding of corporate structures, and proven accuracy/productivity.
