The Cloud Supply Chain Operations team ensures seamless deployments into Microsoft's global data centers, which power the cloud services relied upon worldwide. This team focuses on operations and fulfillment support, driving efficiency and reliability in supply chain execution.

Typical Day in the Role
- Execution Support: Provide daily operational support for commercial cloud deployments.
- Coordination: Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure projects remain on track and are completed on time.
- Escalation Management: Handle deployment escalations, ensuring swift resolution.
- Reporting: Deliver light reporting and status updates to track progress and performance.
- Support execution of supply chain deployments into global data centers.
- Coordinate across teams to align schedules, resolve blockers, and meet deadlines.
- Monitor and report on operational metrics, ensuring compliance with SLAs.
- Drive process improvements to optimize fulfillment and deployment efficiency.

- Pre-Dock Cycle Time (Reservation to CTD - Sev 4): Target 23 days
- Aged PBRs: Target 5%
- Pre-Dock Standard Fulfillment CT: Against SLA compliance
- Experience: 3+ years in program management, supply chain, or related fields.
- Education: BS or MS in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience.
- Skills: Strong written and verbal communication.
- Technical problem-solving and data-driven decision-making.
- SQL and advanced PowerBI for data analysis and reporting.
