Job Title: Desk Side Support L1
Location: NJ, Onsite
Duration: long term contract
Required Skills :
- Bachelor s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience in desktop support or IT helpdesk (L1)
- Familiarity with Windows OS, MS Office Suite, Active Directory, and remote support tools.
- Basic understanding of network connectivity, server, and infrastructure support.
- Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred).
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an onsite environment.
