Job Details
Tech Valley Talent (TVT) has a full-time contract for an experienced Project Manager with current PMP certification who has led Fixed-Price projects.
******Candidates MUST be able to work as a W2 employee of TVT.******
LOCATION: Primarily remote BUT occasional onsite meetings in Albany, NY may be required - client is in EST so EST is preferred
DURATION: 1 YEAR with possible extension
We are seeking a PM who is technical and has worked on software development projects with data and/or financial backgrounds. This person needs to have Fixed Price /deliverable management experience coupled with strong data background. Must have experience with small teams as well.

Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience managing teams for software development and software enhancement projects.
- Must have strong stakeholder analysis/management, scope management, deliverable management and creation, communication skills, and risk/issue management experience.
- Experience supporting BA in requirements validation/verification activities.
- Fixed price /deliverable management experience coupled with strong data background.
- Prior government experience.
- PMP certification - current.
- Agile/hybrid experience. CSM preferred.
