SAP SLcM Consultant

Description:
We are seeking a Senior SAP SLcM Consultant with extensive experience in functional solutions architecture to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in SAP SLcM and completed at least two end-to-end implementations. This role requires deep knowledge of Student Lifecycle Management processes, along with strong skills in system design, configuration, customization, integration, testing, and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute end-user SAP SLcM training sessions.
• Design and implement a training plan and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) plan for SAP SLcM.
• Architect SAP SLcM functional solutions tailored to business needs.
• Configure and customize SAP SLcM modules to ensure seamless integration with FICA and other SAP modules.
• Conduct comprehensive testing and provide post-implementation support.
• Develop and maintain documentation for system design, configuration, and process workflows.
• Perform gap analysis and develop strategic roadmaps/blueprints for SAP SLcM implementations.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, design solutions, and develop relevant process objects.
• Lead client-facing consulting engagements with a focus on analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Foster successful teamwork and demonstrate leadership within project teams.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in SAP SLcM functional solutions architecture.
• Proven experience with at least two end-to-end SAP SLcM implementations.
• Strong knowledge of the Student Lifecycle Management processes, including:
• Student Master Data
• Academic Structure
• Student Grading
• Graduation
• Other business lifecycle processes
