Job Details
Job Title:Senior Systems Analyst (US) Workforce Software (WFS) Location: Remote (CST Time Zone)
Occasional Travel Required (Travel Expenses Will Be Covered)
Position Summary:
The Senior Systems Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing Workforce Software (WFS) solutions to improve HR processes. The role will focus on configuring and implementing WFS Time and Attendance, Absence Management, and system integrations while ensuring compliance with business and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead WFS implementations for Time & Attendance, Absence Management, and Reporting.
- Conduct strategy sessions, gather and document business requirements, and configure Workforce Software solutions.
- Configure WFS to meet business goals, compliance, and reporting requirements.
- Support system integrations and contribute to process improvements.
- Perform Unit Testing, Product Integration Testing (PIT), Payroll Parallel Testing, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
- Collaborate with other SAP SF module leads for system enhancements and process optimizations.
- Train end-users on WFS functionalities and best practices.
- Stay up to date with WFS developments and share knowledge with the team.
Job Requirements:
- 5-8 years of hands-on experience with Workforce Software (WFS) implementations.
- Experience with USA & Canada implementations; international experience is a plus.
- Expertise and certification in WFS Time & Attendance configuration.
- Knowledge of Absence Compliance, Job Scheduling, and Forecasting/Demand Scheduling (preferred).
- Experience in Time integrations with SAP SF ECP, Payroll, and Benefits systems.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel by auto or air, as needed, to achieve business objectives (travel expenses covered).
